With a fantastic amount of space and with the option to add more if desired, the ground floor is all connected. Off the hallway is a large reception space created through combining two rooms. The living room section at the front has a bay window that lets in plenty of light while the other end is currently being used as a dining room. Another large window, a log burner and access through to the kitchen help make this an excellent multi-use space.
The kitchen/diner is at the back of the house, contained within the original extension to the property. With plenty of cupboard and counter space, the kitchen itself has space for a range cooker, a washing machine and large fridge/freezer, as well as an integrated dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar for quicker meals and space for a dining table, more large windows bringing in lots of natural light and access to the garden.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are doubles - the main bedroom has the bay window and plenty of clothes storage built in around the bed, while the other also has plenty of storage in the form of a walk-in wardrobe! The single bedroom is usable as it again has wardrobe space built in above and around the bed while the bathroom has been recently upgraded and features a white suite with a shower over the bath.
Outside
The outdoor space stretches around three sides of the house with an enclosed, low maintenance garden at the front, parking for multiple vehicles on the side of the house and a generous garden at the back. The rear garden is also low maintenance and has a great feeling of privacy. There is a large section of artificial grass and a raised patio section that links the house to the garden. The garage is excellent storage although is not currently accessible from the lane running behind the property. There is a gate through to the parking area however meaning the garden is still accessible externally.
