Redcliffe and Temple Quay

Redcliffe is in the centre of Bristol. It's almost an island surrounded by the Floating Harbour and River Avon. Temple Quay is the adjoining area between Bristol Harbour and Bristol Temple Meads. Properties here are predominantly apartments.

Redcliffe & Temple Quay have excellent transport links. Temple Meads station is right on the doorstep. The A4044, which runs into Redcliffe and subsequently splits as it heads south, is great for getting around and out of Bristol. There's also a ferry to Hotwells. Cycling and walking is easy from here.

Redcliffe was traditionally a commercial and manufacturing area. As a result, available properties tend to be conversions of old warehouses, or new builds. Temple Quay is predominantly new apartments with some townhouses.
