Pill is a village on the southern bank of the Avon, across the river from Shirehampton. Easton-in-Gordano and Ham Green are nearby and Portishead is about four miles away.

It’s easily commutable to Bristol via the A369 – there’s a regular bus service or the cycleway along the River Avon. It has excellent transport links as it’s close to the M5 motorway.

Pill marks the start of the cycleway which also takes in Clevedon, Weston-Super-Mare and beyond.
