Stapleton is in the north-eastern suburbs of Bristol, bordering Eastville to the south and Frenchay to the north. It’s a popular residential with easy access to the M32 motorway. It's semi-rural, but only around two miles from central Bristol.

Stapleton Road train station is only nearby, and the area is well served by bus routes. The M32 gives easy access to the M4 and M5 as well as into the city.

Properties in Stapleton are an eclectic mix from the Victorian, Edwardian, inter-war and late-twentieth century periods, so something for everyone. There are also new build developments including more than 150 houses on the site of an old hospital off Bell Hill.

There's lots of green space, including Begbrook Green Park and Oldbury Court Estate. Stapleton has a small farm shop and a local newsagent, but there's plenty more shopping available nearby at the retail park in nearby Eastville, or in Fishponds.
