Redland is between Whiteladies Road and Cranbrook Road. It's a wonderful area with a lot to offer. It's handy for both Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road, so there are a great number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Zetland Road and buzzing Chandos Road are also in the heart of Redland.
Redland has a variety of quality properties, including family homes, many of which are substantial Victorian villas, and lovely flats of all sizes. There’s a great mix of families, single professionals and professional couples. It's also a popular area for second and third year students, as it borders the Bristol University campus.
The city centre is easily walkable. Redland has its own train station and regular bus services.
