Longwell Green is a suburb to the east of Bristol. It lies along the A431 Bath Road, near the River Avon. It's traditionally a small, rural community, so there are some period homes, as well as plenty of newer build properties.
Longwell Green offers the best of both worlds. It's around seven miles from Bristol city centre, but also only a 20-minute drive to the centre of Bath. There's lots of green space nearby, as well as plenty of local shopping opportunities.
A number of main roads run through Longwell Green and the surrounding areas. The A420 and the Bristol Ring Road connect with Bristol city centre and Bath. There's a railway station in nearby Keynsham, around three miles away. There are regular bus services and the old railway path if you prefer to walk or cycle.
