There is certainly more than meets the eye with this lovely home.
Tucked away in the corner of this quiet cul de sac on the BS9/BS10 borders, is this deceptive home.
Being just over a 15 minute walk to Westbury Village and a stones throw to the Blaise Estate and Woodlands, this makes a great family home.
The ground floor has two separate reception rooms - a lounge at the front that has a bay window and a feature fireplace, and a dual aspect dining room that has double doors that open to the garden.
Next to the dining room is the kitchen. This has plenty of cupboard space
and worktop space (main worktops are granite), whilst the island doubles up as a breakfast bar.
There is space for an oversized cooker and doors from here open to the garden.
Subject to the relevant consents, there is potential to knock through and combine the kitchen and the dining room.
The master bedroom and family bathroom is also on this floor. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes along one side, as well as a bay window.
The spacious bathroom has a separate shower cubicle along with the bath.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms plus another bathroom.
Each bedroom has 2 skylights so both are very light, and each bedroom has access to eaves storage.
A skylight on the landing brings light into here as well as the hallway below.
The lower floor is accessed from a staircase off the main hall.
Previously you could only access this room from the garden, but it has now been incorporated within the home.
Although currently used as an office, it has been used as a bedroom in the past.
This room has access to the garden and under house storage.
Outside
The outside space is really appealing. Not only do you have plenty of space, but you are surrounded by lots of mature trees and greenery.
Off the kitchen is a large decked area, which is perfect for BBQ's or for just sitting and enjoying the sunshine.
There are plenty of mature shrubs and trees throughout the garden providing lots of interest, colour and privacy.
The fourth bedroom / study on the lower floor, almost feels like it has its own private garden area, as there is a courtyard next to this room, providing an additional seating area.
A pedestrian gate opens to the front drive.
The front driveway has parking for a number of vehicles and there is a detached garage.
Location
Didsbury Close is a cul de sac off Henbury Hill. It's just over a 15 minute walk to Westbury Village, and moments from the greenery of the Blaise Estate.
Bristol city centre is accessible by local buses, and Cribbs Causeway and the motorway network is circa 2.5 miles away.
We think...
This really is a deceptive home with far more space than you initially think.
The garden is fantastic and its great to open the back doors and be able to see the Blaise Estate literally across the road.
Having Westbury Village within walking distance is really convenient, and due to the versatility of the accommodation, this will suit plenty of buyers.
