A little smidge from the landord on living in the flat..
'I have loved living at 23 Friezewood Road. It couldn't be closer to North Street, with Story Smiths, Tobacco Factory Market, Marks Bread and all the other independent shops on your doorstep as well as the bus stop into the centre. The sun streams into the living room in the morning and the garden, kitchen and bedroom in the afternoon, making it a bright and airy space to spend your time. It's big enough to comfortably work from home if needed, and the kitchen is perfect for cosy dinners and having friends and family over. And of course, the best thing is that there is a garden - such a treat. I have been so happy here, both living alone and with my partner - and I know someone else will be too!'
