What's the difference between renting and buying? With Ocean lettings & management, not very much at all. We do our very best to look after tenants with just as much care and professionalism as our colleagues in sales would if you were looking for a place to buy.

The rental market in Bristol can be pretty frenetic, but we're here to help you find what you're looking for as quickly and easily as possible. Just register with us online, or pop into one of our offices, and then we'll keep you posted with text or email alerts as suitable places come on the market. (Feel free to check in with us any time, too.)  

Helping you feel at home

If we're managing the property that you decide to rent, we'll be right there with you on the day you move to check you in. We'll talk you through the inventory and the 'Tenant handbook' we've created specifically for the property, and generally do everything we can to help you start to settle in, and feel at home.

Taking care of tenants, 24/7

Once you are settled in, we're still there for you if any maintenance issues or emergencies should arise.

You'll have access to our rather brilliant online Fixflo system, which allows you to report maintenance issues quickly and accurately. And you'll also have a 24-hour emergency number to call in case of domestic disasters outside office hours. 


Tenants Home Insurance

We would recommend you arrange insurance cover during your tenancy. We've teamed up with The Lettings Hub, they provide specialist cover for your belongings and also provide excellent tenant liability cover.  


Transparently better

One other important thing. At Ocean lettings & management, we will be completely open and honest with tenants, not least about the financial aspects of renting with us.
