One important step forward came in 2012, when we established a property management "hub" at our Bishopston office. From there, we can smoothly and efficiently run our team, with each landlord allocated an experienced ARLA-qualified portfolio manager, as their personal point of contact.
For us, it's a great way of ensuring we share ideas and knowledge, for the benefit of all our landlords - and that all our property managers are able to support each other in what can be a demanding and sometimes stressful job!
We'll talk you tenants through the inventory and provide a 'Tenant handbook' we've created specifically for the property, and generally do everything we can to help your tenants settle in, feel at home and look after the property.
