Whichever level of service you choose, you'll get the same sky high standard of care and focused professionalism from our team - based around our property management "hub" at our Bishopston office on Gloucester Road. You'll be assigned an experienced and fully ARLA-qualified portfolio manager, who will be personally responsible for ensuring that you are happy with the tenancies you've agreed, and the way your property is performing.
We take good care of tenants, too - ensuring that from their first viewing until the day they move out, everything goes as smoothly as possible for them. We find that when tenants are happy, it tends to rub off on landlords. One particularly valuable innovation in this respect is our online Fix Flo system, which allows tenants to report any maintenance issues quickly and accurately. And we also provide tenants with a 24 hour emergency number to call if any issues should arise outside office hours.
