Manor Farm is a small area in north Bristol between Horfield and Golden Hill (Wellington Hill West). It's close to Horfield Leisure Centre and Southmead Hospital.
Properties are largely from the post-war era, with a few from the 1970s. There are also some new houses and apartment buildings.
It's close to Horfield Common, which has an excellent children’s play area and some free-to-use outside tennis courts.
There's a large supermarket just along Kellaway Avenue and a popular pub called The Wellington where Gloucester Road meets Wellington Crescent.
The A38 runs along the eastern edge of Manor Farm, which makes travel to the centre easy, either by car, bus – or foot, if you’re feeling fit. It’s roughly 2.5 miles into the city centre along Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft.
