Kingsdown is a mainly residential area above the city centre, with Redland to the north, and Cotham and Clifton on either side. It's an ideal walking distance from Cabot Circus, Park Street and the Bristol University campus.

Travelling to other areas of Bristol is easy. There are many well-serviced bus routes passing by, Redland station is about half a mile away. Walking down to the city centre is easy, home again less so.
