Residential sales: Conveyancing charges estimate              

Freehold sale up to £500,000

Our fee - £775

VAT - £155

Bank transfer charge - £40

VAT - £8

Land Registry entries - £6    

Total - £984

Leasehold sale up to £500,000

Our fee - £920

VAT - £184

These estimated fees are an indication of charges on the assumption that the transaction does not prove to be substantially more complex or time-consuming than normal. In the unlikely event that your matter will exceed this cost you will be informed of this as early as possible.

Our fee for sales above £500,000 confirmed on application.

Please also note that there will always be an additional fee for 'help to buy' or 'shared ownership' cases. Please contact us for a more detailed estimate for these cases.

Commercial property charges

One of our Directors Jon Aldous deals with all commercial property transactions such as leases, or sales and purchases of shops, restaurants and offices.   

The varied nature of these transactions makes it difficult to estimate overall charges, we therefore estimate on a case by case basis. Please contact our Westbury On Trym office for an estimate. Please note that the normal charging rate in these matters is £200 per hour.
