Portbury is on the outskirts of Bristol as you head west along the M5. It's considered part of North Somerset and has a small village feel to it, but with the benefits of being close to Portishead and with easy access to Bristol.
Houses are a mix of cottages and newer detached and semi-detached properties.
Portbury has a busy village hall and social club which hosts regular community events and there’s a weekly mother & toddler group in the local church.
Being right on the M5 makes travelling around very easy. There are also buses that run through Portbury. Portishead has run a successful campaign to re-open its train station and work should be completed around late 2020.
