Portbury is on the outskirts of Bristol as you head west along the M5. It's considered part of North Somerset and has a small village feel to it, but with the benefits of being close to Portishead and its larger shops.
Houses are a mix of cottages and newer detached and semi-detached properties.
Portbury has a village hall and social club which hosts various events throughout the year. There's also lots going on in nearby Portishead.
Being right on the M5 makes travelling around very easy. There are also buses that run through Portbury. Portishead has run a successful campaign to re-open its train station and work should be completed around late 2019.
