Kingswood is on the eastern edge of Bristol, but is under the governance of South Gloucestershire. It's a largely residential area with a central high street for shopping and getting a bite to eat. Houses are mainly period terraces, but there are also some council-built estates and modern flats.
Kingswood has a park popular with children and adults alike, with a play area, bowling green and tennis courts.
Kingswood has lots of children's play areas. There's also a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym.
There are plenty of bus services running through Kingswood, which means it's easy to pop into the centre. The A420 links up with the ring road.
