Hambrook is a village between Winterbourne and Frenchay, at the south-western foot of Winterbourne Hill. It has a quaint village green, still used for cricket.
Property is varied, with traditional cottages, Georgian townhouses and modern houses, too.
Hambrook is considered a commuter village as there are excellent links between local towns and villages as well as the city (via the B4058) and motorways (via the Bristol Ring Road onto the M32/M4). It’s about eight miles from the city.
The nearest railway is about three miles away at Yate or 4.5 miles in the other direction at Bristol Parkway (Stoke Gifford). There is an extensive bus network.
