We’re pleased to share an update to our Void Model.
As you know, we work with Just Move In (JMI) to manage utility notifications and support tenants, making the moving process smoother and simpler.
JMI has now partnered with OVO Energy, a Bristol-based provider, to enhance their void model – giving landlords clear savings:
- No standing charges on gas and electricity meters for the first 20 days
- £10 automatic credit applied per fuel meter
