What tenants need to know.
At Ocean, we have never participated in rent bidding. It’s not a practice we’ve ever supported, and it’s not something our teams have ever used in tenant negotiations. So, for us, nothing operational changes.
But, because the new law affects how many agents and landlords across the country must now behave, we want our tenants to be fully aware of their strengthened rights.
