Sales Negotiator

You’ll need to be customer focused – always friendly, polite and super helpful. Be prepared to be busy! Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must.

You will...

Focus on creating new business and providing an exceptional customer experience. Generate viewings, market appraisals and referrals for all Ocean services.

Demonstrate expert local market knowledge, and offer best advice and support to all customers throughout their moving journey.

Strive to meet goals and targets.

Assist all customers in person/on-line. Offering the best advice & knowledge, expertly reply to enquiries matching the best services or properties.

Provide sellers with the best 'marketing your property' advice.

Create the highest possible quality property marketing materials.

Obtain all relevant & required property information and documentation demonstrating due diligence and compliance.

Optimise property introductions to the market. Ensuring effective use of all marketing portfolio options to promote properties to all potential buyers.

Ensure a positive viewing experience, and demonstrate expert property & local area knowledge. Provide constructive seller feedback.

Demonstrate operational due diligence and compliance.

Process all offers with due diligence. Present offers and provide all parties with the best-informed advice. Negotiate and confirm a final offer, agreed by all parties. 

Assist buyers with enquiries ensuring their readiness to exchange contracts.

Support Move Managers, ensure the seller remains fully informed of their buyer's progress and sale activities throughout the sale process.

Report to: Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager.

Work with: Sales team, Ocean Lettings, Mortgages, Conveyancing contacts and third party legal and property professionals.

You will have your own targets, but most importantly you’ll be supporting and contributing to a busy, successful team.
