Helping you feel at home
We do our very best to look after tenants with just as much care and professionalism as our colleagues in sales would if you were looking for a place to buy. If we're managing the property that you decide to rent, we'll be right there with you on the day you move to check you in. We'll talk you through the inventory and the 'Tenant handbook' we've created specifically for the property, and generally do everything we can to help you start to settle in, and feel at home.
Taking care of tenants, 24/7
Once you are settled in, we're still there for you if any maintenance issues or emergencies should arise. You'll have access to our rather brilliant online Fixflo system, which allows you to report maintenance issues quickly and accurately. And you'll also have a 24-hour emergency number to call in case of domestic disasters outside office hours.
Tenants Home Insurance
But no matter how much care we take we all know accidents can happen, even on moving day! That’s why it’s really important to make sure you’re possessions are covered from day one. And that you're also covered for accidental damage to the property. We highly recommend you arrange insurance cover during your tenancy, whether you expect that to be for 6 months or 6 years.
We've teamed up with The Lettings Hub, they provide specialist cover for your belongings and also provide excellent tenant liability cover.
