Ocean’s new homes team has been instructed by Legal & General Modular Homes to sell 92 pioneering new homes in Lockleaze.
The development, Bonnington Walk, features a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom houses and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, with community and green space biodiversity at its heart. It is built using an innovative modular construction system, which allows for speed of build, high quality finish, and greater affordability. This scheme will create some of the most energy-efficient homes in the country with all homes achieving an energy performance certificate (EPC) standard A. The combination of Air Source Heat Pumps, Photovoltaic Cells, and high-quality build standards will put them in the top 1% for energy performance meaning significant energy savings for its residents.
The scheme is a collaboration between Legal & General Modular Homes and Bristol City Council and will see more than half of all new homes built for council housing and shared ownership occupants.
Ocean Director Ross Kieran:
“We’re very proud to be part of this scheme, which will provide Bristol with much-needed quality, affordable and sustainable homes, and help create a bright new neighbourhood within one of our local communities. We are looking forward to using our experience to help people buy their ideal new home, and make the whole process as smooth and seamless as possible.”
Ocean new homes department has extensive experience in new build developments throughout Bristol and has recently sold high profile local projects at Lofthouse Bishopston and Brooks Dye Works in St Werburghs.
