Ocean has been identified as the Gold standard for both sales and lettings in this year's EA Masters Best Estate Agent Guide award. And we're very proud to have achieved the best medium-sized estate agents in the country. 

Every year, a rigorous assessment is carried out of every estate and letting agent in the country by EA Masters / Property Academy. There are 15,000 estate agencies and each one is exhaustively assessed for the quality of its property marketing across multiple platforms including its website, national portals, social media and local media. Their customer service is tested by mystery shoppers. And the sales and lettings result achieved, including how quickly they sell or let their customer's property, and the percentage of the price achieved compared with other agents in the same location.
