Montpelier is between Cotham and St Werburghs, just above Stokes Croft. It's a colourful, much loved residential area, which has become increasingly popular in recent years due to the resurgence of Stokes Croft and its prime location near the centre of Bristol.

Travelling around and out of Bristol is easy. The city centre is a short walk away. There's a rail station at Montpelier and the M32 are nearby, too.

Picton Street is a mini high street and community hub with independent shops and restaurants, with a local convenience store. Venture up a few roads to find local pubs too.

There's plenty available nearby, with Stokes Croft to the south and Gloucester Road to the north.
