The Chessels
The Chessels is a very popular area of Bedminster that runs from the mid-section of Luckwell Road to West Street. Its main road is Chessel Street.

It's over the river, but the city centre is walkable. There are also regular buses. Temple Meads is easily accessible, as is the M32.
It's a buzzing and popular area surrounded by local pubs, independents shops and restaurants

Chessel Street has a number of roads on either side named after gemstones, including Ruby Street, Pearl Street, and Garnet Street. At the West Street end, Chessel Street turns off into British Road.
You'll find Victorian two-bedroom houses, many now with loft conversions. It's an easy stroll to the excellent shops and restaurants of North Street.
