"We've loved living in this house, close to (arguably!) the best bit of Gloucester Road, with all that it offers. The original house dates from the 1840s and was completely rebuilt in 2008. This makes it rather unusual in that you get all the comfort and energy efficiency of a modern house, but with the lovely high ceilings and large room dimensions of a building from the Victorian era. There's also the modern perks of an en-suite master bedroom and a downstairs loo. We've enjoyed cooking and socialising in our open plan kitchen-diner which opens out onto the garden. The garden itself is a green oasis and sun trap, perfect for eating out in the warmer months. Finally, the parking space is unusual round here, and makes arriving home in the car a stress-free experience."
