As well as being a beautiful period home, it's in a perfect location. A stones throw from the vibrant gloucester Road, with all it's brilliant bars, restaurants, cafes and shops (some personal favourites: Reel Soul fish and chips, La Ruca for cool south american shopping and a brilliant upstairs cafe, the brilliant green-grocers and Totally Toys - our kids favourite). But you're also really well located for the city-centre (20 mins walk away) or a slightly longer walk to Whiteladies/Clifton. We are based on the harbourside and walk to work and back most days. That said, if you don't fancy walking you've got major bus routes all over the city right from your doorstep, and the local train from Montpelier station is a few minutes away, which will take you direct to Temple Meads in 15 minutes.

This has been the perfect home for bringing up our two boys, it's a great sociable space, with lovely big rooms that the kids can really spread out in. There are a number of really fantastic schools in the area, both primary and secondary; loads of brilliant parks (St Andrews, 5 minutes away, is one of our favourite places!) as well as being close to lots of other green-space, the downs is a slightly longer walk away, and you're not far from great days out at Ashton Court or The Downs. On rainy days you're so close to great days out like the museum, zoo and We The Curious/Aquarium on the harbourside.
