Hotwells is below Clifton Village, on the banks of the Floating Harbour. It overlooks the SS Great Britain and is just around the corner from the Avon Gorge and Clifton Suspension Bridge. Even better, it's a mile at most from the city centre.

If you work in or around the city centre, you can take the Bristol Ferry, which also goes to Temple Meads.

For travel beyond the city, The Portway takes you to the M5. Clifton Down station is also walkable.
