Eye catching marketing including Boards & Virtual Tours
With your permission we will arrange for one of our "to let" boards to be put up in a prominent location at your property to allow maximum exposure of your property - this will be done again within agreed timescales. Your property will also benefit from a virtual tour on our web-site.
All prospective tenants will be contacted within 24 hours
Any potential tenants who register with us who's requirements match your property will be contacted within 24hours to be given further details of your property and with the view to arranging a viewing.
You will receive regular feedback & advice on the marketing of your property
You will receive feedback of all interest registered for your property, representatives will also be on hand to give you expert advice on any queries you may have during the letting of your property
Viewing feedback within 24hours.
A representative from Ocean Letting & Management will call or email you within 24 hours of any viewings taking place at your property to advise you of any feedback or news.
You will be given a point of contact that will be responsible for your property
So you can always speak to someone who is familiar with your property. You will be given a direct dial number for the negotiator that initially took on the property.
You will be kept up to date during all processes within the letting of your property.
We will keep you fully informed either by phone or email of all developments during the process of letting your property.
You will receive all copies of the paperwork within 7 days
All paperwork relating to the let will be forwarded to you within 7 days of the start of the tenancy

When letting a property through Ocean Letting & Management you will be treated as person not a number!
We will even Taylor make our service with you
If letting a property through Ocean Letting & Management that we are not going to be managing, we are still happy to check you into your new home and arrange for a full in-going inventory to be carried out.
If we deal with the Management of your property, you will have a response to your deposit within 30 days of vacating or even sooner if possible
We aim to return all deposits within 30days of vacation, where this is not possible we keep you updated of the situation and return the deposit as soon as possible.
Also if we are the Management agent, we will endeavour to get maintenance issues actioned within 24 hours of reporting it to our office. You will also have a list of contractors for out of hour's emergencies...
We will instruct a maintenance contractor to deal with your maintenance issue within 24 hours of it being reported to our office. We will then keep you up to date with progress of repairs. You will also be given a list of contractors to contact in an out of hours emergency at the beginning of your tenancy.
You will be given direct contact details of the person you are dealing with
So you can always speak to someone who is familiar with your let, you will be given a direct dial number of the representative that you dealt with
You will receive all your paperwork within 7 days of you moving in.
You will receive copies of all relevant paperwork within 7 days of the start of your tenancy; this will include a copy of your in-going inventory and contract
All properties are inspected prior to your occupation to ensure acceptable standards
We will inspect all properties prior to your moving in to ensure that they are in an acceptable condition for new tenants.
Legal requirements are adhered to and copies provided to you.
We ensure that all electrical and gas appliances provided in the properties are tested annually for safety, you will be given a copy of the safety certificates within 7 days of the start of your tenancy.
