We will instruct a maintenance contractor to deal with your maintenance issue within 24 hours of it being reported to our office. We will then keep you up to date with progress of repairs.
You will be given direct contact details of the representative you are dealing with
So you can always speak to someone who is familiar with your let, you will be given a direct dial number of the representative that you dealt with
Legal requirements are adhered to and copies provided to you.
We ensure that all electrical and gas appliances provided in the properties are tested annually as per the landlords mandatory obligations, you will be given a copy of the safety certificates at the start of your tenancy.
