Portfolio Manager

Portfolio Manager required for our busy Letting & Management division based in Bishopston. Previous experience preferred but not essential. You would be dealing with Landlords & Tenants both face to face and on the telephone, arranging maintenance and maintaining working relations between all parties, facilitating and maintaining mandatory certifications on properties, chasing late rents and dealing with the administration duties involved in managing and maintaining tenancies. In addition, good computer skills and a high level of personal organisation are required as is a clean driving license and car.
